About me
Many individuals come to therapy with unresolved trauma, ongoing stress, or anxiety, while others may be working through mood disorders such as depression or panic attacks. Some are balancing caregiving responsibilities, adjusting to chronic illness, or exploring aspects of the BDSM, LGBTQ+, or neurodivergent communities. They often seek real, lasting change—effective tools and a supportive environment that honors their unique experiences. I provide a space where you can be heard without judgment, build resilience, develop practical coping strategies, and move forward with greater clarity and emotional well-being.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in both Texas and Maine. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Houston – Graduate College of Social Work.
