About me

I am a compassionate therapist specializing in sex and porn addiction, relationship concerns, and LGBTQ-affirming care.

Reaching out for help—especially when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn—is a big step. I work with individuals and couples who want to understand themselves better, break old patterns, heal from shame, and feel more connected in their lives and relationships.

A lot of my clients are dealing with sex or porn addiction, relationship issues, communication struggles, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions. Many are also exploring non-monogamy, open relationships, or polyamory and want guidance that is open-minded, informed, and free of judgment. I also work extensively with LGBTQ+ clients and people looking for a safe place to talk about identity, sexuality, and emotional well-being.

My Specialties
I’m especially passionate about supporting clients with:

Sex and porn addiction – breaking compulsive patterns, managing urges, understanding triggers, and reducing shame
Men’s issues – emotional expression, intimacy, identity, and confidence
Couples therapy – communication skills, rebuilding trust, navigating conflict, and strengthening connection
Exploring poly and open relationships – creating agreements, setting boundaries, managing jealousy, and improving communication
LGBTQ+ affirmative care – identity exploration, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being
Anxiety, depression, and stress – understanding how thoughts and feelings interact and learning practical tools for relief

How I Work
My style is warm, honest, and grounded. I’m not here to judge you or tell you who you should be. Instead, I help you slow down, understand what’s going on beneath the surface, and build the tools you need to move forward. Clients often tell me they appreciate that our sessions feel like a real conversation—supportive, thoughtful, and focused on understanding what’s getting in the way of the life they want.

I use approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, attachment work, and Gottman-informed skills for couples. What we do together will always be tailored to your specific goals.

For Individuals
Whether you’re trying to stop a behavior that feels out of control, understand why relationships feel difficult, work through shame, or learn to communicate better, therapy can help you get clarity and direction. Many people come to me because they feel stuck in the same cycles—emotionally, sexually, or relationally—and want a safe place to finally sort things out.

For Couples
I work with couples who are:

Arguing frequently or feeling disconnected
Recovering from cheating or broken trust
Struggling with intimacy or mismatched desire
Wanting to communicate more effectively
Exploring or adjusting to poly or open relationships

My goal is to help both partners feel heard and supported so you can break out of the patterns that keep you stuck.

If You’re Struggling With Sex or Porn Addiction
This is one of the most common reasons people reach out to me. You may feel embarrassed, confused, or worried about how your behavior is affecting your life or relationships. Therapy gives you a private space to talk openly about what’s going on, understand the root of the behavior, and build healthier patterns. There is no judgment or shame—just support and practical tools that help.

What You Can Expect
Working with me feels safe, grounded, and collaborative. You bring your experiences; I bring a steady presence, clinical training, and a practical approach. We take things step by step so you never feel overwhelmed.

My goal is simple: help you understand yourself, heal what hurts, and create healthier relationships with yourself and others.

If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
