As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are successful, capable individuals who are used to managing everything on their own, yet find themselves feeling emotionally drained or stuck. My goal is to provide a supportive and authentic space where you can explore your experiences openly, gain clarity, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change. Therapy should feel like a partnership—one built on trust, understanding, and genuine human connection.
My approach combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a warm, down-to-earth style that meets you where you are.
