I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist experienced with working with adult neurodivergence (Autism/ADHD), anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and addiction.

I provide a specialized space where you don’t have to mask or minimize your experience. I'm familiar with the hurt of navigating a system that wasn't built for you, and I support neurodivergent adults, sober/sober curious individuals, and those navigating trauma in an increasingly overstimulating world. I specialize in working with trauma, addiction, and neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism) with therapy informed by attachment and structural dissociation. I am EMDR- trained to reprocess traumatic memories and limiting beliefs that are holding you back, and I'm trained to provide comprehensive ADHD/Autism assessments designed for assessing high-masking adults.
