I am a therapist who has worked in the field for over twenty five years. I work with individual adults to address issues with anxiety, trauma, coping skills, substance abuse, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, and communication skills
I am a therapist who likes to to engage with her clients and identify resources that may be helpful in addition to our work together. I am located on the second floor of a historic building on Union St in New bedford, and have been working off and on in the area for many years. I enjoy helping people to identify what their needs are and how to help themselves build skills towards their personal goals. I tend to ask questions and try to be sure I am certain about your needs and help you to achieve them.
