About me
I am a compassionate bilingual therapist with over 15 years of experience helping teens and adults take their lives back from anxiety, social anxiety, depression and trauma.
You’ve been feeling really stuck for some time now, and it’s only been getting worse. Life seems to be passing you by, and while everyone else seems to be out there, chasing their dreams and finding meaningful friendships and relationships, you’ve been pretty much in the same place for years. Things might actually be getting worse—you’re feeling even more anxious and isolated. You’ve even started picking up unhealthy habits that you never thought you would, and you're finding it hard to even dream and hope, thinking things might never get better. If this sounds like you, please know that there is hope.
Your life can improve; you don't have to stay stuck in this rut. There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing my clients go from being full of self-doubt to bravely taking life by the reins. Because your wellbeing is so important to me, I use approaches backed by science and research such as ACT, DBT and EMDR together with interventions from mind-body approaches to help people find long-lasting relief from the problems that have been holding them back for so long.
I would love to be a part of your journey toward a better relationship with yourself and a more fun, rich, and fulfilling life. You can get back to pursuing your dreams, and believing in yourself and in your ability to handle life's ups and downs. Don't wait another day to reach out and get the help that you deserve.
