Julie Weaver, MA, LPC-S

I am an experienced counselor and LPC - Supervisor who is passionate about people. I have known I wanted to be counselor since about the age of 13 and have been a counselor for over 30 years. I work with couples and individuals on areas of transitions, anxiety, self esteem, depression, loss, with victims of abuse and violence as well as many other issues. My desire is to help you successfully walk through life’s difficulties and clarify your goals. My job is to work myself out of a job. I want to give you the patience, support, and tools, so you will no longer need me. The counseling is yours, not mine. I want to give you the ability to work toward YOUR goals, not mine. I strive to be non-judgmental, as you are the expert on your life. I provide a place for you to talk and just be yourself to process the things in your life that are weighing you down and stopping you from having the life you truly desire.

I also have a lifetime of my own experiences; married for 30+ years, have three grown children, three grandchildren, and a crazy spoiled dog. I lived in Mexico for 8 years as a child and young teen (Si, hablo Español), in Germany for 1.5 years and have traveled extensively. I feel/ hope that has made me more culturally aware and careful. I offer online counseling so you can be where you need to be without the inconvenience of having to take the extra drive time out of your day.
