As our world gets more complex it’s hard to know who you can trust. It’s not easy to reach out to talk to someone and I hope I can be a reassuring voice , encouraging you to continue moving towards the passion and joy for which you were created. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relational trauma, betrayal or your own or a loved one’s out of control, damaging behavior- together we can come up with a plan to move out of your pain and into joy again by empowering you to choose to your focus.

As an EMDR trained therapist I work with clients who have experienced trauma or are in the midst of depression or anxiety to get to the core beliefs that are causing them to be dysregulated and get stuck or anxious. We work together to recognize what is causing the intense emotions behind reactions and behaviors that seem to be out of line with the present circumstances. If you would like to learn to choose your approach to the current situations by connecting first with your self, your body and sensations and your underlying memories to understand what needs and feelings your body is communicating and how to process and reframe your internal messages that to better get your true needs met. This experiential work along with internal and external boundary work will help you make healing, intimate connections with others, your past and your Higher Power. I’d like to walk with you on that journey.

I also have extensive training in dealing with out of control sexual behavior (certified sex addiction specialist or CSAT). I have also worked for over 7 years with the partners or loved ones who have been traumatized by this and other abusive behavior and help them to find hope and healing.
