About me
Supporting You Through Life’s Challenges with Compassion and Care You’re the one everyone relies on—but lately, it feels like too much. You’re managing a demanding career, navigating ongoing health concerns or chronic pain, or facing the emotional weight of infertility. From the outside, it may look like you’re holding everything together, but inside you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and alone in what you’re carrying. I work with individuals who are used to pushing through—whether that’s at work, in their relationships, or through complex medical experiences—but are now feeling burned out, anxious, or disconnected.
I specialize in helping individuals navigating infertility, chronic illness or pain, burnout, caregiving, grief and anxiety. My approach is supportive, direct, and practical—helping you process what you’re going through while building tools to manage stress, set boundaries, and feel more grounded, clear, and in control.
In our first sessions, we’ll create space for you to exhale and talk openly about what’s weighing on you whether it’s work stress, infertility, or chronic pain. Together, we’ll build practical tools to help you feel more balanced, supported, and able to navigate challenges with clarity.
