About me
I am a licensed professional counselor who is experienced with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and traumas.
I have been practicing as a therapist since 2017. My professional background includes working as a school-based therapist with children aged 5 to 18 years. Beginning in 2023, I expanded my practice to include adult clients aged 18 to 65 years. My guiding principle is that clients know their destination; I serve as the GPS to help them reach their goals. This means clients retain complete control over the focus of our sessions. Whether discussing daily events or addressing traumatic experiences, the session’s content is determined by the client’s needs. Therapeutic modalities I employ include EMDR, CBT, positive psychology, and narrative therapy. Additionally, I aspire to incorporate DnD as a therapeutic intervention by 2026. I am continually seeking innovative methods to support and enhance the well-being of my clients.
