About me
I am a clinical mental health counselor who is dedicated to supporting individuals as they learn to trust their inner guidance, strengthen their resilience, and experience greater clarity, connection, and joy.
I take a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative approach, grounded in a person-centered and strengths-based perspective. I believe that each individual already holds the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. At times, we can feel stuck in patterns of thinking or behavior that once served a purpose—often developed to cope with shame, fear, anxiety, or past experiences—but now interfere with a sense of balance and well-being. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
With a direct yet supportive style, I aim to create a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their inner world at their own pace. Through this collaborative process, clients develop greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, and practical skills for self-care, mindfulness, and emotional regulation.
As insight deepens and patterns shift, many find that their relationships, work, and daily lives become more fulfilling and better aligned with their values. I am honored to walk alongside clients in their journey.
