About me
I am an acredited counsellor and coach, I offer an open and safe environment where difficult thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. We work together to find ways to improve, to descover more meaning and purpose, and enjoy life.
Uplifting counseling and psychotherapy, is an approach that highlights the importance of natural cycles and personal leadership interventions to support your goals with lasting change.
I use an interdisciplinary approach to counseling, to create a bespoke online practice to support you toward a greater understanding of yourself, how you impact your environment and others, to find solutions and understanding in a wide range of difficulties, including, family situations, anxiety, depression, loss, climate change, alcoholism, drug misuse, and ambiguous loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
