About me

Let me help you Create A Life You Love.

As far as most people know you have a great life, but deep down you know something is missing. You feel anxious, guilty, overwhelmed, resentful and exhausted. Despite your achievements, your life is not fulfilling. You don't feel "good enough." You feel empty. Your life has become an overscheduled calendar and endless to do list. This isn't the life you dreamed of but you're not sure where to start. It's time to make a change. You deserve to live a fulfilled and authentic life.

Getting you there is my specialty. I help people like you discover self- care strategies, slow down and reconnect with yourself, recover from burnout, set healthy boundaries, prioritize yourself and your needs, silence that inner critic and stop looking to others to feel better about yourself.

My intention is to help you realize that you are enough, loved, heard and worthy. Let me help you create a life you love.

We offer stigma-free, affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+ Individuals. Do you live outside of the heteronormative cisgender box? Have you been to other supposed “LGBTQ-friendly” counselors who had no idea what you were talking about? Could you use a safe space to process your feelings and assess your goals? Or maybe you’re seeking relationship counseling from someone who understands where you’re coming from. If you can relate to any of the above, then you’ve come to the right place. No judgments. No biases. Just a strong support system with open ears.

Stigma, in any form, is an impediment to the well-being of those who experience it. Given the stressors that LGBT groups must confront, such as homophobia, prejudice, coming out, and discrimination, finding a therapist who is LGBT-friendly or who specializes in LGBT issues is crucial to your personal growth.

As LGBTQIA+ affirming therapists, we are committed to helping clients of all genders, sexual identities and expressions feel not only safe, but truly respected.
