About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging experiences. With six years of clinical experience, I've worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and substance use concerns. I'm particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those healing from sexual assault, domestic violence, and abuse.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based practice. I believe in creating a safe, affirming space where you can explore difficult emotions like guilt and shame, process trauma, and work toward meaningful healing. I'm committed to understanding the full complexity of your experience—including how multiple challenges may intersect and influence one another.
I draw on my clinical training and lived understanding to meet you with genuine empathy and respect. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate your unique journey, honoring your values and supporting your path forward. I'm here to help you build resilience, process what you've experienced, and move toward greater peace and wholeness.
If you've gotten this far, there might be a part of you that knows you deserve something different.
