There are 4 components to successful treatment of complex anxiety and related conditions:
1) Education: what causes your symptoms from a biological, historical, and psychological perspective.
2) Specific tools and strategies to mitigate your symptoms and improving your overall functioning within a short period of time.
3) Learning that your body is the hardware of your computer and it is not defective...rather you need to learn to change your software...eg. how you think about things you cannot change or have no control over.
4) Learning how to better identify and express your feelings rather than trying too hard to be strong and in control...whatever feelings you hold in, your body keeps score.

These are the components of our copyrighted treatment program administered within a non-judgmental, empathetic, and effective working relationship.
