About me
Bringing the perspective of a trilingual, biracial therapist of Brazilian and Japanese heritage, I help adults 18+ honor their identities while fostering emotional well-being and meaningful change.
I am a trilingual, biracial therapist of Brazilian and Japanese heritage, working with adults 18+ to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and honor their unique identities. Growing up across cultures has given me a deep appreciation for how our backgrounds, experiences, and identities shape who we are—and I bring that perspective to every session.
I work on providing a trauma-focused space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, hopefully with less fear of judgment or pressure. I support clients to accept difficult emotions, clarify what truly matters to them, and take meaningful steps toward living a life aligned with their values.
I work on providing support for individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, trauma, life transitions, and identity-related concerns. My approach blends empathy, cultural awareness, and practical strategies to help you process experiences, cope with challenges, and foster personal growth.
Whether you are looking to process trauma, navigate major life changes, or strengthen relationships, I work on providing guidance and support to help you move toward healing, self-understanding, and a life that reflects what you truly value.
