About me
Whether you are new to therapy, or returning to work more on your journey of self-discovery and healing, making the choice to find a therapist can be overwhelming. Be proud that you made it this far.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Missouri. I have Master-level degrees in Social Work and Public Health (MSW, MPH), and I have worked in the field since 2014. My therapeutic style draws from evidence-based methods to provide relief, direction, and clarity into our patterns as people, and highlight the impact that current and past relationships have on yourself today. You can understand how your attachment style impacts your day to day life and renew your sense of purpose.
Therapy will look different for everyone. My framework of understanding the human experience centers how societal and systemic causes of oppression and illness can incubate issues in our personal lives. In my practice, I deeply value decolonial and anti-capitalist ethos in navigating through the challenging seasons in life and supporting ourselves to move away from the scarcity mentality, and towards a life you want to be in, and thrive in.
You deserve a safe space to understand, accept and practice your healing.
If you resonate, I am passionate about working with individuals and couples seeking to explore a deeper understanding of their history, identity and goals for therapy. My practice welcomes those who are in the helping profession, and I support space for those from the LGBTQIA+ community.
I can accept clients who are Missouri residents for teletherapy sessions from the comfort of anywhere you want to be for our sessions together. Sessions are private pay fee-for-service. I do not accept insurance currently.
