I am a licensed professional in Kansas, bringing over seven years of dedicated experience to my practice. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of assisting clients in navigating a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem issues, confidence building, career obstacles, depression, and difficulties with concentration and memory. I have been trained in evidence-based treatment approaches and most commonly use the following treatment approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), CBT for Chronic Pain, behavioral activation, and more.
