About me
I am a mental health counselor who loves working with young adults on anxiety, depression, trauma-related struggles.
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! Have you ever caught yourself constantly people-pleasing, holding back, doubting your own instincts, or feeling unsure of how to express your needs? Do you feel pulled between wanting connection and fearing judgment, or trapped by a harsh inner critic that won’t quiet down? You might be holding onto ways of protecting yourself from the past that no longer serve you, leaving you feeling stuck, unseen, or uncertain of your own voice. I work with women in their 20s and 30s to notice these patterns and gently explore what it feels like to trust yourself, set boundaries, and be fully seen.
Together, we’ll honor how your coping strategies have served you while practicing new ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to help you notice where you’ve learned to stay small and begin practicing what it feels like to live bigger, more confidently, and with your own needs finally in view.
If you’re feeling unsure about where to start, that’s completely okay. Therapy doesn’t have to be overwhelming. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for, answer any questions you have, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
