About me
Hello! I am Julee, a compassionate and dedicated counselor committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create positive change.
My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based, recognizing that each person's experiences, goals, and journey are unique. I work alongside clients to develop effective coping strategies, increase self-awareness, build resilience, and foster emotional well-being.
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University. I am also recognized by the NBCC as a National Certified Counselor. I am certified in trauma counseling and dialectical behavioral therapy.
I have experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, and personal growth issues. Whether clients are working through difficult circumstances or seeking greater balance and fulfillment in their lives, I strive to provide practical tools and compassionate guidance tailored to their needs.
My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop confidence, and create lasting change so they can live more authentic, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
