I am a licensed therapist with 10 years of experience working with children, teens and adults with various mental health disorders and life challenges.
I am currently working as a Licensed therapist with Sokya Health Inc. I'm a strong believer in therapeutic relationship as the main vehicle in the healing journey. I therefore adopt Carl Rogers' tenets :- unconditional positive regard or acceptance, accurate empathetic understanding and genuineness/realness. I further value being nonjudgmental in how I view my clients, their behaviors and their overall narrative. I have extensive experience in multicultural counseling and I continue to seek more skills, knowledge and self awareness, necessary in working with clients from diverse populations and settings.
