About me

Dedicated and industrious student currently attending Abilene Christian University’s Marriage and Family Therapy Master’s Program with an internship position at Findlay Therapy Services and McHam Family Therapy, under the supervision of Julia Wesley, LMFT-S.

I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families on their healing journeys, with a particular focus on those impacted by trauma. What can you expect in the therapy room: Empathy, trust-building, and commitment to your personal growth. I utilize Structural/ Strategic Family Therapies as well as postmodern approaches that emphasize metacommunication.

With a background in people management/leadership, I bring strong intra/interpersonal skills in communication, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and behavioral motivation to the therapeutic space. Experience leading diverse teams has deepened my empathy, adaptability, and ability to hold space for others.

I am actively involved in philanthropic and community initiatives, serving as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Ambassador and ADHD Advocate, further shaping a commitment to serving marginalized and underserved populations and making a positive impact in people’s lives.

I am looking forward to helping you on your healing journey!
