About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist, with a specialty in helping clients become the best version of themselves. Happier, healthier, more contented partners, and better parents, I assist clients whether in couple therapy or individual therapy to identify the often early trauma that causes problems in adult hood. What was helpful and even necessary to survive in childhood may be maladaptive in adult relationships.
The skills and behaviors that we learned and used in our early years may (often) not work as adults. Relationships, especially intimate relationships require skills you may not have learned in your family of origin. They can be learned and you can improve the quality of your life. With many years of experience and from intensive training as a parenting skills educator, a family, individual and couples therapist I offer you the opportunity to capitalize on discovering your authenticity and being emotionally content with the person you are!
