About me
Everyone has a unique story and experiences that matter. Counseling is valuable not only when facing overwhelming circumstances, but also for gaining insight, building resilience, and fostering personal development. I am passionate about helping/working with Military Service members and their families, I also work well with adolescents and families.
My counseling style is warm, supportive, and nonjudgemental. I am committed to creating a safe environment where you feel heard, respected and understood. Because no single approach works for everyone, I personalize each session by drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Informed Care, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to best support your goals and growth.
