About me
I assist individuals, couples, and families with a wide array of challenges across the life span. These difficulties include family of origin, attachment, and relational issues. For some clients, goals may include: reducing anxiety, learning to thrive through depression, or healing from grief. Everyone’s situation is unique and we all have had experiences at one point or another in which we needed help or direction.
I enjoy partnering with clients in exploring histories, current situations, and working together to develop new responses to achieve different healthier outcomes. I believe the desired change can be possible when we engage in the counseling work.
I utilize an integrated whole person approach in counseling and treatment. This approach includes evaluating areas of physical health, emotional health, life style, and support systems. In addition, I am open to faith based counseling for those that desire a Biblical approach to treatment.
Time is limited and committing to the counseling process requires not only your time but your resources as well. I strive to create a therapeutic environment in which we can maximize your investment during our counseling sessions.Thank you for your time reviewing and considering my practice for your counseling needs. I look forward to hearing from you.
