I have over 25 years of experience helping people heal from trauma, manage grief, navigate interpersonal relationships, and helping adults with life transitions.
I see clients who are looking for support with healing from trauma (I use EMDR). I guide developmental transitions, support those experiencing grief, and can help you live a fuller life.
