About me
I enjoy helping everyone whom I see; however, I especially enjoy working with those healing from trauma (I use EMDR), older teens who are looking to "find their way," adults facing career changes, and those struggling with grief and loss.
If you are looking for someone to truly listen, hear, and understand you, I hope you give me a call. I can help with all aspects of your life, including physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I have been helping clients for over 25 years, and I am open to seeing new clients now.
I specialize in using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help those recovering from trauma, helping young adults navigate life, adults making career changes, and those coping with grief. I guide clients to live more authentically.
I believe in your courage to move forward. It pains me to hear accounts from clients who explain how their previous therapist failed them. My genuineness, sense of humor, faith, and never-ending optimism are important foundations for me. When I am not helping people professionally, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our two adult sons (when they are around), and our two cats (one of which is very spoiled). I enjoy the outdoors, starting and hopefully finishing home improvement projects, watching football, and listening to all kinds of music.
