About me
Hello! I'm Josh! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, offering therapy in English and Spanish. I support adults navigating stress, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we work through what matters most to you.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I consider the whole person—your values, beliefs, relationships, and circumstances—and tailor therapy to your needs. Together, we can work on building self-esteem, developing self-compassion, and finding greater meaning and purpose. I also help clients manage panic attacks, mood concerns, relationship and family difficulties, workplace stress, and financial pressures.
I have a particular interest in men’s issues, the challenges of young adulthood, and the ways culture shapes our experiences.
Whether you’re working through guilt, shame, attachment patterns, codependency, fears of abandonment, or questions about commitment and forgiveness, we can explore these concerns with compassion and honesty. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. We’ll start where you are and work toward meaningful change at a pace that fits your needs.
