About me
I approach therapy from a mindfulness informed, skills based, collaborative perspective. I want to help you connect with your motivation to live a life that you find worthwhile. We will work together to gain a clear understanding, plot a path forward, and take mindful steps towards a fulfilling and more meaningful experience in life.
I am a trained and experienced trauma informed, mindfulness based clinician. I have experience with a very wide variety of concerns. I offer services that are person centered and present moment oriented, skills focused, and value driven. I am well versed in DBT, Prolonged Exposure, MBSR / MBCT, ACT and other evidenced based practices.
