About me
My ideal clients are teens, young adults, adults, and families navigating trauma, family estrangement, loneliness, or relational conflict. They often feel stuck in painful patterns, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others. Many are thoughtful and self aware but unsure how to create lasting change. They want clarity, relief, and deeper connection. Ultimately, they want to feel more at peace, more grounded, and more aligned with the life and relationships they value.
I specialize in trauma informed therapy for individuals and families dealing with estrangement, relational wounds, and emotional overwhelm. I offer a reflective, collaborative approach that integrates evidence based practices with deep emotional work. Together, we focus on understanding patterns, building regulation, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you have felt misunderstood or hurt before. You do not have to have everything figured out to begin. If you are feeling stuck, disconnected, or ready for something to shift, therapy can be a space to slow down, feel supported, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
