About me
I tend to work with teens, young adults, adults, couples or families navigating estrangement, trauma, loneliness, or long standing relational pain. The people I work with tend to be reflective and thoughtful, but also ready to work toward change. They often find themselves wanting more peace, deeper connection, and a sense that their life feels meaningful and aligned with who they are.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating family estrangement, relationship wounds, and the long term effects of emotional neglect or trauma. Therapy focuses on understanding patterns, strengthening boundaries, and building a more grounded sense of self so relationships feel clearer, safer, and more intentional.
