About me
I am an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, supporting clients in navigating life's issues together, empowering you to heal from the past, and get motivated about the future.
Life can get so out of control that we feel like we are running behind a train, never able to keep up or get on board. If you connect with any of the following statements, we should talk. I feel overwhelmed to the point of shutting down. Intrusive thoughts are ambushing me. Depression and anxiety have infiltrated my life. I want to make life changes. My motivation is zero. Procrastination, yep. I feel exhausted after social engagements. I never expected this kind of financial or employment instability. I just need to talk to someone.
I work with people daily who experience these very things and many more. You are not alone. Let’s navigate these issues together, empowering you to heal from the past and get motivated about the future.
This is real life. Real talk. It’s time to reach out. Talk to you soon!
