About me
In today’s complex and demanding world, it’s certain that each of us will encounter emotional or difficult events at some point in our lives. Whether navigating personal struggles, facing transitions, or dealing with stress and uncertainty, these challenges are an inevitable part of being human. My view of therapy is that it provides a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings and experiences. I am here to work alongside you, helping you tap into your strengths and resources. Together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you, working toward a healthier, more resilient mindset as you overcome life's obstacles
Born in Hong Kong and trained in the US, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and couples from diverse ethnic backgrounds and various demographic profiles, including college students, professionals, those facing relationship challenges, women’s issues, the elderly, and individuals from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
Recognizing your challenges is the first step toward overcoming them. I look forward to partnering with you, working together to achieve your goals and aspirations, and supporting your growth every step of the way.
