About me
I am an experienced clinical social worker skilled in the application of Cognitive Processing Therapy, and CBT and encourage the use of mindfulness and other holistic approaches to assist in managing symptoms of trauma, depression (mood disorders), anxiety and grief and loss.
I have been in the field for 26 years and bring lived experiences as well as objective clinical assessment and treatment. I am excited to meet new people, learn new perspectives and try to assist you in approaching challenges with renewed interest, optimism and energy. I use cognitive therapy, mindfulness, and holistic approaches to create an environment that is warm, comforting and allows individuals to be themselves. I want a person to be free to be themselves growth does not come from hiding who you are.
