Joseph Judd, LMFT

I am a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Professional in the state of Washington. Like most therapists I utilize a variety of techniques to assist clients in reaching their goals for care, however, I am more focused on Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focus, Narrative and Systems approaches to help adolescents and adults. I work with adolescents and adults and focus on Depression, Anxiety, Life transitions and Couples work.

I have been in the behavioral healthcare field for 25 years and am passionate about helping others. My experience has been gained in a range of settings, including community mental health centers, hospital and university care centers, the national healthcare arena, and private practice settings working with individuals, couples, and families.

My Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology is from Brigham Young University. From there I acquired a Master’s of Science in Marital and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University in Southern California. I also have earned additional certificates in family life education and integrated care management. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Professional in the state of Washington.

When I’m not working in the community, I’m likely to be found listening to good music, enjoying good food, or being somewhere out in nature hiking, camping, kayaking, or skiing with my family and friends.
