I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with adolescents and families. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Bowen Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—allowing me to address both the emotional dynamics within the family system and the individual coping strategies of each member. I help teens and their families navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, identity development, communication breakdowns, and life transitions, with an emphasis on building emotional resilience and stronger relational connections.

That means I look at the big picture—how the family system functions—as well as the internal tools each person needs to thrive.

Teens today face a lot, and I believe therapy should be a place where they can feel seen, supported, and empowered. Whether we’re navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, identity development, or family conflict, I aim to create a safe space for real connection and lasting change. My work is grounded, relational, and always tailored to the unique strengths and needs of each family I work with.
