Counseling is not about telling you what is right but helping & guiding you to find the right path for yourself. Its about allowing you to feel and experience your thoughts & emotions so you can use that knowledge to move forward & become the person you are supposed to be.
I have experience helping with anxiety, depression, bipolar symptoms, personality disorders & trauma, to name a few. As a Navy Veteran of 5 years I enjoy working with military populations. I also like working with those from marginalized communities specifically the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ populations.
