About me
Experienced Mental Health Counselor working with those from marginalized communities like LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC along with Veterans/military and can help with depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma and many more things.
Some days everything can feel out of control, you may look calm & seem to have all the answers on the outside but inside you feel like a hot mess. This is where therapy can help. You have the answers you just need the right questions asked in the right environment. Maybe you need someone to push you & challenge you to do the hard work you know you can do. Counseling is not about telling you what is right but helping & guiding you to find the right path for yourself. Its about allowing you to feel and experience your thoughts & emotions so you can use that knowledge to move forward & become the person you are supposed to be.
I have experience helping with anxiety, depression, bipolar symptoms, personality disorders & trauma, to name a few. As a Navy Veteran of 5 years I enjoy working with military populations. I also like working with those from marginalized communities specifically the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ populations.
If you are ready for change and willing to put in the hard work reach out to me to start your journey.
