About me

Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people need a little help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.

I’m Jordan Wilson, a licensed master -level social worker, marriage and family therapist, and professional counselor with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their inner strength. I work with all ages. With over 6 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
My approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care, and I believe that healing happens in a space of empathy, safety, and collaboration. Every person’s story is unique, and I work to tailor each session to meet the specific needs and goals of my clients.
Whether you’re seeking support for personal growth, healing from past experiences, or simply need someone to talk to, I’m here to walk with you on your journey. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you feel truly heard, seen, and empowered.
Specialties Include: Anxiety & Stress Management; Depression & Mood Disorders; Trauma & PTSD; Relationship Counseling; Life Transitions; Self-Esteem & Identity Work.
