It starts with one small step, and then another that leads us to getting help and taking time for our own self care and health. I have been helping others for many years and hope those that are seeking healing and understanding find it.

I have over 18 years working in mental health wellness. The last 13 years as a Masters level clinical therapist helping people with relationships, trauma, identity, parent child relationship, couples relationships, healthy attachment, and self worth. I often use and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family systems, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma informed care. For those seeking and open to it, we will explore God, the individual, and the relationships around you. Our mind, body and spirit are all part of the process for a healthy life.

 I have walked with parents who were scared of their own child, teenagers that felt abandoned and alienated, couples that no longer knew how to connect or build relationships. As I have worked with many through these issues I have seen many find happiness and love again through their efforts using therapeutic support. I focus on the person or family and finding what works best for each client I work with. I do not use one specific method as people do not all fit into one category and adaptability is needed for healing. I am a specialist in working with families, I have years’ experience working with individuals and couples. 

I am here to tell you there is hope and a chance at a new way of living and prospering together. I hope to help any that are seeking it and open to it, whether as an individual, couple, or family system. No matter the damage or how many bridges you feel have been burned, we can always build new ones.
