About me
Many of my clients are older children and teens faced with trauma, who are looking for a space to process their experience, learn realistic ways to cope, and heal from what happened. I am able to provide support to caregivers following their child having experienced a traumatic event.
I also support women with mood disruption, having difficulty dealing with life stressors, and experiencing challenges around how they view themselves.
I believe that there’s power in examining our thinking and behaviors and that we aren’t meant to carry hardship alone. I’ve witnessed the ability to grow and heal through purposeful change and the therapeutic relationship.
