Jordan Lampi, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Arcata, CA
Online & In-Person
About me
I specialize in helping people heal from anxiety, depression, body image concerns, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences in order to build more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
As a curious, warm, and culturally humble therapist, I create a supportive space where you can explore your story without judgment. We will work together to cultivate compassionate awareness of your own emotions, clarify what matters most to you, and strengthen your ability to act on what matters.
We’ll also untangle personal pain from relational and societal harm, empowering you to heal and move forward with greater agency, self-compassion, and connection.
Ready to start? Call or click on my Headway webpage to schedule a free consultation and see if we’re a good fit, or send me an email at info@jlampi-lmft.org. I hope to hear from you!
