I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for addressing women's mental health challenges. I've previously worked as an ICU nurse, served as a doula, and taught Lamaze childbirth classes. This rich tapestry of experiences augments my expertise in tackling the challenges you face.

I tell my clients to view my recommendations like a buffet. I present a variety of research-backed treatment options—take what suits you, leave what doesn't. I offer conventional medications as well as recommendations for supplements, diet changes, and bloodwork monitoring for for a comprehensive holistic approach.
