About me
I am a compassionate and understanding licensed professional counselor who specializes in helping young adult women (18-30s) navigate anxiety, self-worth, and related concerns like perfectionism and people pleasing.

You have difficulty saying "no" and setting boundaries. You aim for perfection and have that nagging feeling that you're just not good enough. It's painful to feel this way and it can feel like there's no way out, but the good news is: you are not alone and it's possible to find relief. Together, we can help you discover your ability to improve your self-worth, create healthy relationships with yourself and others, and gain control of the anxiety in your life.
When we work together, I use compassion, humor, and absolutely no judgment because therapy should be a place where you feel safe to be yourself. You and I will build a strong, trusting relationship that will help with your journey of healing and growth as you gain a greater understanding of yourself and new skills to manage anxiety and self-doubt.
