Aloha, I'm Jonnet pronounced Jonay, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Hawai'i and Florida with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience helping children/teens, families, couples, adults, active duty service members, and veterans with a variety of issues that include stress, anxiety, family conflicts, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. My therapeutic approach consist of EMDR, Internal Family systems (IFS), attachment based therapy, CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy.
