About me
With over 20 years of experience in Human Services, I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy in a supportive and nonjudgmental space. I believe effective therapy is built on active listening, supportive reflection, clear communication, and unconditional positive regard. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported as we work collaboratively to create an individualized treatment plan that fits your needs and goals.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kentucky with nine years of professional clinical experience. I help adults manage stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, mood-related concerns, motivation difficulties, low self-esteem, and confidence challenges. I also support clients coping with life transitions, adjustment to change, and emotional overwhelm.
My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. I focus on building a strong therapeutic alliance while helping clients develop practical coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and tools for personal growth and resilience. Sessions are goal-oriented, supportive, and tailored to your unique experiences.
I believe therapy should feel safe, respectful, and empowering. Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I am honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, balance, and meaningful change.
