About me
I work with adults who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, people-pleasing, relationship stress or life transitions and want practical tools to shift these behaviors. My approach is collaborative, practical and trauma-informed, helping clients respond differently to difficult thoughts and emotions, strengthen relationships and build lives guided by their values. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years in the music industry, an experience that gave me unique insight into the pressures faced by musicians, artists and other creative professionals.
I help clients move beyond insight to meaningful change by building practical skills to navigate anxiety, difficult emotions and relationship challenges. I integrate ACT, DBT, EMDR and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients respond more flexibly to difficult thoughts, regulate emotions, strengthen relationships and build lives guided by their values.
If you're feeling stuck, mentally overloaded or caught in repeating patterns, therapy can help you better understand what's happening and develop new ways of responding. My work is practical and collaborative, with a focus on emotional regulation, effective communication and building skills that help you navigate life's challenges more effectively.
