About me
I am a certified sex and couples therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate sexual concerns, relationship challenges, intimacy issues, and life transitions with courage and authenticity.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and AASECT-certified sex and couples therapist practicing in New York. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate sexual concerns, relationship challenges, intimacy issues, trauma recovery, and life transitions. Since 2022, I've been a therapist at the Institute for Human Identity in NYC, one of the leading mental health centers dedicated to serving LGBTQ+ communities. I also hold an MA in Trauma and Crisis Studies and have facilitated LGBTQ+-affirming mental health training within the NYC Health and Hospitals system. I work with clients across New York, New Jersey, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Florida through secure telehealth.
As a certified sex therapist, I work with individuals and couples addressing erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, low desire, painful sex, orgasm difficulties, desire discrepancies, and exploring sexuality, kink, and non-monogamy. As a couples therapist, I help partners navigate communication breakdowns, infidelity recovery, intimacy challenges, life transitions, and relationship patterns that keep repeating. I also work with individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and existential questions about meaning and purpose. I'm sex-positive, kink-allied, LGBTQ affirming, and welcoming of all relationship structures.
I'm an active, engaged therapist who brings myself fully into the room because our relationship is the key to change. I use emotionally-focused therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and sex therapy techniques in a space that's both warm and direct—I'll ask questions that get to the heart of what's happening and gently challenge patterns that aren't serving you. In our first session, I'll learn about what brought you here, and we'll start mapping out how to create the stronger relationships and more meaningful life you're looking for. If you're ready to move beyond the stuck places and build something deeper, I'm here to help you get there.
