I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging experiences. My work focuses on helping people navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and the complex emotions that arise from trauma, family conflict, and relationship difficulties.

I specialize in working with concerns around self-esteem, communication, social anxiety, attachment patterns, and grief—including the pain of divorce and separation. I also support clients exploring forgiveness, control issues, mood challenges, abandonment wounds, impulsivity, body image, sexuality, and posttraumatic stress.
