About me
With years of dedicated experience in the mental health field, I am committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families on their journeys to emotional wellness. My goal is to foster a safe and supportive environment where growth and healing can flourish. I recognize that each person’s path is unique, and I am devoted to creating a warm, caring, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing and partnering together.
Hi! My name is Johne (pronounced Johnny) and I am excited to share a little bit about myself and my practice. My approach is friendly, supportive, and validating, helping you identify and reach your goals. I use a diverse range of therapeutic techniques and tailor treatment specifically to you and your needs, goals, and strengths, which include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), trauma-focused and other evidence-based therapies.
I am dedicated to helping you find coping skills that work in your everyday life and empower you to not only manage stress but thrive in this often overwhelming environment. If you feel ready to take that next step, reach out to get the process started at care.headway.co/providers/johne-datema I am looking forward to meeting and finding out more about you!
