About me
I am a psychologist practicing in beautiful Lancaster County, Pennsylvania since 2006. I'm committed to helping adults and children live their best lives by removing the barriers to happiness, peace, and healthy relationships.
My approach to mental health counseling places the client's unique experiences and perspectives at the heart of the therapeutic journey. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients actively participate in directing their own healing process. By deeply listening and honoring each person's inherent wisdom about their lives, I serve as a collaborative partner rather than an expert with all the answers. I believe clients possess the internal resources needed for growth, and my role is to help access these strengths while navigating challenges together. Through genuine presence, empathic understanding, and unconditional positive regard, I facilitate a relationship where clients feel empowered to discover their own path toward meaningful change and personal fulfillment. As both a graduate level educator and practicing clinician, I use evidence-based approaches in the treatment of Attachment issues, military and veterans, First responders, Trauma/PTSD, and substance use disorders.
