About me
I am a Psychotherapist, with over twenty years of experience, I provide compassionate, evidence based therapy for adults navigatng life’s challenges. Together, we will partner to uncover new perspectives, build emotional strength, and create meaningful change for a more fulfilling life.
As a Licensed Therapist, I work with adults navigating life’s many challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief (including the loss of a beloved pet), and the emotional transitions that come with.both a serious operation and aging.
I practice therapy on line, and I am licensed in: Ohio, Maryland, Kansas , and Missouri.
As a retired U.S.Army Armored Cavalry Officer, I bring both discipline and compassion to my practice. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Committment Therapy. (ACT) an Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - offering clients practical tools to mange distress, build resilience and create meaningful, values-based change.
I am known for being direct, down -to-earth, and genuinely engaged. I believe therapy should feel supportive yet empowering - and a touch if humor goes a long way in the healing process. My goal is to helo clients move forward with clarity, ccnfidence, and purpose.
