About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes everyone has the right to be the best they possibly want to be. I empower individuals, couples and families to overcome personal obstacles. Building cohesiveness and structure to move forward in their relationships and in life.
I have extensive experiencing in "Corporate America" that gives me the edge to work with individuals who want to improve their careers or just need to get that next promotion. I work with couples, and individuals who are struggling with Anxiety, Depression ADHD, Bipolar, Anger, Substance Dependence or other addictions. I specialize and perform crisis intervention.
Understanding that the first step towards seeking therapy/counseling can be a difficult one, I make it my goal to make the process as welcoming as possible. Based on the belief that every person has the potential to reach his or her highest level of functionality in life. We will work on your struggles or trauma that has affected relationships or family. We will collaborate to create a plan for addressing the concerns in a way that helps you get back the life you feel you deserve. Most clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month after starting therapy. Therapy is about seeing progress, and feeling like there is movement forward in getting to the place you want to arrive at. Therapy is not a life long process and one should never feel like they are stuck in therapy for years and years. I believe results are important in getting you to where you want to be. So we will work on setting up road signs on your journey in therapy so you your journey through therapy you can recognize that you are going the direction you want to go. Building level upon level and making sure you arrive at the place you feel comfortable and have the freedom you always wanted to achieve.
